The Economic Mobility Manager will lead initiatives to enhance economic mobility opportunities and upward mobility for residents of San Juan County, Utah, with a focus on Native American citizens and underserved communities. This role will develop and implement economic mobility programs to address educational attainment gaps, workforce development needs, and fostering access to public sector and other high-opportunity careers. The manager will collaborate with County departments, local organizations, tribal entities, and government agencies to create culturally responsive strategies that strengthen academic outcomes, cultural identity, and social belonging.
