2025 Land Use Ordinance

San Juan County will be hosting community engagement workshops throughout the county to gain feedback on the 2025 PROPOSED Land Use, Development and Management Ordinance attached below.  If you are looking into the documents, please start at the interactive map below to identify your parcel's zone, then apply that zone/color to the 2025 PROPOSED Use Table.  If you are looking to develop your parcel please refer to the sections that apply to your situation in the ordinance document.  Any meeting is available to any member of the community regardless of area.  You many send written comments at any time to planningcommission@sanjuancountyut.gov.
