2025 Land Use Ordinance Updates (Tabled)

San Juan County will continue working through the 2025 Proposed Land Use, Development and Management Ordinance with the comments collected through the spring community workshops, public comments and written comments that have been received.

Please begin at the interactive map below to identify your parcel's zone, then apply that zone/color to the 2025 PROPOSED Use Table for a list of commercial uses that are available as Permitted (meaning you are ready to apply for a Building Permit) or Conditional (meaning you need to apply for a Conditional Use Permit).  If you are looking to develop your parcel please refer to the sections that apply to your situation in the 2025 PROPOSED Land Use, Development and Managment Ordinance.  All meetings are open to the public for comment at 6 pm.  You may also send written comments at any time to planningcommission@sanjuancountyut.gov.
