Physical Address Requests

Eligibility:

Requests apply to properties in unincorporated San Juan County.

Submission Instructions:

1. Provide name, email, phone
2. Property ID or parcel number
3. General location & access

Schedule:

Address requests are processed on the first and third Wednesday of each month.

Notes:

• Cities handle their own addressing
• Tribal lands have separate authorities
• Encroachment Permits are required from the San Juan County Roads Department
