Congratulations to the 2025 Rural County Grant Awardees!

San Juan County is proud to recognize the following local businesses and organizations as recipients of this year’s Rural County Grant Program. These projects support local job creation, infrastructure, and business development across our communities.

Reporting Center

All grant recipients are required to submit quarterly reports to track project progress, spending, and match contributions. A final report is due by April 28, 2026, or upon project completion. Quarterly reports help ensure transparency, monitor outcomes, and provide documentation for public investment in local business development. Each report must include a project update, photo(s), expense summary, and match contribution documentation (if applicable). The final report will include a full project summary, impact statement, and presentation to the San Juan County CED Board.
