Awardees and Reporting Links (RCGP)

Congratulations to the Rural County Grant Awardees!

San Juan County is proud to recognize the following local businesses and organizations as recipients of this year’s Rural County Grant Program. These projects support local job creation, infrastructure, and business development across our communities.

Reporting Center

If a business has received a San Juan County grant, this is a reminder of the reporting requirements outlined in the signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). These reports help maintain transparency and ensure projects stay aligned with program goals. Awardees will present their completed project to the Community Economic Development Board (CED) as part of the grant closeout process.

Grant recipients are required to submit a Mid-Year Report that includes a brief update on project progress, spending, and any match contributions. If a project is completed before the mid-year mark, recipients may submit a Final Report at that time instead. There is no need to wait or submit both reports.

Throughout the project period, grant awardees must keep photos documenting key phases of the project, along with organized receipts and invoices for all eligible purchases. These records will be needed for the final report and any updates provided during the grant term.

We appreciate the work being done and the partnership in making these projects successful.
