The San Juan County Business Basecamp Conference and Expo is where big ideas meet small-town ingenuity! Spring is here, and it's the perfect time to jump back into community events! We’re excited to invite local vendors to participate in the San Juan County Business Basecamp Conference & Expo on April 28, 2025 from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Whether you’re selling handmade goods, showcasing services, or promoting your business, this is a great opportunity to connect with the community and other businesses.
Expo Vendor Details
Spring is here, and many of our vendors are ready to get back into the swing of things. The Expo portion of the event will be open to the public from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and vendor booth spaces are available for a $20 non refundable fee.
Here’s what you need to know:
Vendor Booth Fee: $20
Set-Up Time: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM on April 28
Expo Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Open to the public)
Booth Location: At the USU Blanding Campus In the Health, Libary, Science (HSA) Building 700 W, Blanding, UT 84511
A basecamp team member will be available throughout the day to assist with watching vendor tables, allowing you short breaks without worry.
Upon completing your application, you will be directed to our payment portal where you can pay for your booth fee of $20. Additional tables can be requested at an additional $20.

Showcase Your Catering Services at the San Juan County Business Basecamp Conference & Expo
Are you a local caterer, food vendor, or chef looking to get your name out there? Whether you have a food truck, a booth setup, or simply want to display your catering menu—we want to showcase you! The San Juan County Business Basecamp Conference & Expo is the perfect opportunity to connect with local businesses and community members who are looking for catering options for meetings, events, and more.
We’re building a list of go-to catering services in the county. We welcome:
- Caterers who want to showcase their menu, share samples, or simply have fliers and order info available
- Food trucks with ready-to-serve meals
- Pop-up booths
- Anyone offering event catering services—no matter how big or small!
We’re especially looking to promote:
- What kind of food you offer
- Group sizes you prefer to cater with.
- How people can contact or order from you
- Any sample menus or packages you have available

Conference Lunch Hours: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM (we anticipate 100-150 guests)
Community Food Fair: 1:30PM - 6:00 PM -(Open to the public)
